From the mist-veiled mountains of Marcala, Honduras, where volcanic clay soils nourish generations of coffee-growing tradition, this remarkable coffee is cultivated by over 1,500 dedicated members of Café Orgánico Marcala.

Grown at elevations of 1,300–1,700 meters above sea level, these heirloom and traditional varieties—Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica—develop slowly in the cool mountain air, allowing their character to deepen and mature with extraordinary complexity.

Carefully fully washed and sun-dried beneath the Honduran sky, each bean reveals the spirit of its origin: rich caramel sweetness layered with warm spice and the comforting depth of brown sugar. The medium-dark roast accentuates these natural qualities, creating a cup that is both vibrant and grounding.
