Piura morning distilled: a medium roast that sings of salted caramel and silky sweetness, brightened by a clean sweep of sweet citrus. Grown by Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino from Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor at 1,100–1,700 m in Piura and Amazonas, Peru. Clay-mineral soils give subtle grounding; gorgeously gully-washed and sun-dried to preserve clarity and sweetness. Careful hands, patient sun—each cup is a warm, bittersweet memory of place.
