Peru Decaf
From the mist-veiled mountains of Piura and Amazonas comes a coffee that reminds us that depth is not measured by intensity alone. Grown in mineral-rich clay soils at elevations reaching 1,700 meters, this remarkable decaffeinated coffee embodies the quiet wisdom of the Andes—balanced, patient, and profoundly satisfying.
Its medium roast reveals layers of golden caramel sweetness, a silky smooth body, and vibrant citrus notes that linger like the first light of dawn across mountain peaks. Cultivated by the dedicated farmers of Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino, each harvest reflects generations of stewardship and a deep respect for the land.
A harmonious blend of Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties, this coffee is carefully gully washed, sun-dried, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, preserving the bean's natural character while allowing its essence to shine unburdened.
This is more than decaf. It is a reminder that even in stillness there is richness, and that some of life's most meaningful moments arrive not with urgency, but with grace.
